WARRANTY

The warranty of merchandising products, replicas, prints, and other products not considered original work will be specified in the product purchase information, if the warranty was not detailed would comprise 6 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty of the original works is in force for 12 months from the date of purchase and to make use of it it is essential to present the product and proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover defects caused by: accidents; natural wear and tear from use; inappropriate use; alterations, repairs or manipulations not authorized by FLAXTL & BELIN SL.

The life of the work with proper preservation is timeless.

CLEANING AND CONSERVATION

For a correct preservation of the works we recommend dry cleaning, avoiding the use of solvents and alcohol.

Position indoors in temperatures between -10ºC and 35ºC. Avoid direct sunlight and exposure to high temperatures because they can alter the characteristics of the work. In case you need replacement of any of the parts or repair we recommend that you contact us so that it is the artist himself who can give the solution if the work requires it.

AUTHENTICITY

All the original works have their certificate of authenticity signed by the artist, where all the technical information and information and originality are detailed. Sometimes the certificate can be received through an alternative shipment to your purchase.
