(*) In the case of shipments to Ceuta and Melilla, the Canary Islands, EU and other countries the USER must also pay the customs and tax costs generated by the order. These expenses are paid at the time the order is received and in no case will they be included in the price that is paid for the products. In the event that the order is not received for reasons attributable to the customer the costs associated with the delivery and return of the order will be borne by the customer.
FLAXTL & BELIN SL undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the customer, at the address indicated for this purpose on the order form. In case of omission or error in the completion of such data, FLAXTL & BELIN SL is not responsible for the inconveniences caused and the derived reshipment costs will be borne by the customer. In no case will shipments be made to PO Boxes and Locutorios.
Shipments will only be made within the territory of Spanish and countries of the European Union, through a courier company. FLAXTL & BELIN SL reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company by which it is made, regardless of what is stated on these pages and provided that it does not constitute manifest harm to the customer.
Responsibility for the items is ours until the receipt of the shipment by the customer.
In the event that force majeure reasons do not allow delivery of the order within the established time limit, FLAXTL & BELIN SL undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible of the new expected delivery date.
If the courier could not make the delivery because it could not find a person to receive the shipment at the indicated destination, the courier itself will provide instructions to the courier itself
At the time of receipt, the customer must check that the order matches in quantity and type of product with what is requested. If there is any discrepancy, the customer must follow the instructions in paragraph 12 of these Terms.
FLAXTL & BELIN SL will inform the customer of the shipping costs. The acceptance of the ‘general conditions of sale’ by the customer will imply acceptance of the shipping costs by the customer.
Returns for damaged, defective or incorrect product
In the event that the products arrive damaged, defective or do not correspond to the order placed, FLAXTL & BELIN SL undertakes to exchange the product without any cost to another or the correct one, provided that there is availability of the same. If this is not possible, we will refund the amount of the product and, where appropriate, the shipping costs, as well as the return costs. In this case, to proceed with the return, you must contact our customer service team within 3 working days of receiving the order. After this period, no changes to defective, damaged or incorrect products may be made. Our customer service team will let you know how to proceed.
Right of withdrawal
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we inform you that according to current regulations has a period of 14 calendar days, from the date of delivery of the product, to return it. In order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal from the purchase, all returned products must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging.
We inform you that all personalized items are strictly excluded from the right of withdrawal from purchase by the customer.
We inform you that in the event that you exercise your right of withdrawal, the costs of the return shipment will be borne by you. FLAXTL & BELIN SL will refund the cost of the order and shipping costs if any. In the case of Ceuta and Melilla, send the products by the means of transport of your choice and taking care of the customs charges.
